State of the art Korean equipment and technology has been acquired to produce next generation forgings, heat treatment and finishing.

JKJ is operating with two forging lines of 750 tons and 1300 tons pressing capabilities and electric Induction Heaters of 350 KW & 550 KW having auto heat control systems through Pyrometers.

To meet the global market demand, specialized cooling system (including Vanadium steel) for forgings is operational to meet specific requirements.

Continuous and conveyorized facilities are available for normalizing and oil quenching through electric furnaces. Every single part is heat treated uniformly through controlled operational and monitoring systems.

Comprehensive supporting facilities like bar shearing press (450 tons), Shot blasting (1 ton), Coining press (300 tons) etc. are available to enhance productivity.

Complete in-house mould making facilities are in place to meet the shortest possible target for development of new parts and refurbishment of existing moulds and dies.

Self generation of electricity through gas fired generator is in operation for smooth and uninterrupted operations.
